Lake Manasarovar
Lake Manasarovar is a high altitude lake in Tibet Autonomous Region. This lake is formed after the melting of Kailash Glacier near Mt Kailash. And this lake has great and scared importance among Bon, Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism. The lake is situated at an altitude of 4590m from the sea level. People believe that taking a bath at this holy lake wash away all your sins and misdeeds from your past and present; then present you with the blessing (pure body and pure mind)
