Today you are going to explore the several cultural and natural sightseeing in this ancient city Pashupatinath, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambunath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. After exploring these places you will do preparation for trek. Stay overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, you headed to the airport to catch your flight for Tumlingtar. You can encounter the range of snow-capped peaks from Langtang all the way to Mt. Everest, Makalu & Mt. Kanchenjunga. When you arrive at Tumlingtar our other team member will meet you there and help you pack your things and bags and they will trek you to Mani Bhanjyang. Along the way, you will enjoy farm fields, villages and sal forest, nature, etc. And you head to Khadbari, a major town of this region and pacing down you are finally at Mani Bhanjyang. Stay overnight at Mani Bhanjyang.

After breakfast, you trail with ascending 3-4 hrs to the ridge on a wide and well-used trail, reach Bhotebaas. Then trail through fertile land and the forested path brings you to the top of the small ridge at Chichila village. From here superb scenic mountains of Mt. Makalu and Khumbakarna range can be observed. Stay overnight at Chichila.

After breakfast you trail through the cool and beautiful rhododendron, oaks and hemlocks forest, you climb to the top of the ridge and almost two hours downhill lies our camp Num which is a small village with about fifteen houses and a primary school. Stay overnight at Num.

After breakfast, you trail towards Arun River and its valley below is densely forested and paths are quite slippery. Crossing suspension bridges and climb back out of Rainforest you rest at Tunruma then headed further trail takes us at the village of Seduwa. Stay overnight at Seduwa.

After breakfast, you trail toward Tashi village and it is an easy and pleasant day. It is a rural farm village and you visit its farms and terraces, rice fields and millet fields and explore areas. Stay overnight at Tashi Gaun.

After breakfast, you headed to Kahuma Dada along with following the beautiful shade of the rhododendron and oaks forest, summer pastures with shepherd huts. From here onwards to Kahuma ridge is a strenuous uphill climb, the tree lines decrease for the bushes of rhododendron and juniper. Stay overnight at Kahuma Dada.

After breakfast you pass through the Thulo Pokhari and Sano Pokhari enjoying morning views of Mountains, and pass through misleading snowy paths and further walk cross the pass of Tutu-la at 4,075m then downhill back to vegetation we find a small clearing place for camping in the middle of the woods of pines, hemlock, birch and rhododendrons at Mumbuk. Stay overnight at Mumbuk.

After breakfast, you can see spectacular views of Khumbakarna in morning. Today your trail is downhill to the enclosed and concealed Barun Valley which is least explored area in the eastern Himalayan region of Nepal. After reaching the alpine area of Barun Valley our trail is gradual uphill slopes, You camp today at one of the summer pastures for the local folks of Tashi and Navagaun at Nehe Kharka. Stay overnight at Nehe Kharka.

After breakfast, you head to Sherson. you cross the Barun River, forests, glacier, you come at Sherson. From the bottom of Barun glacier Mt., Makalu appears spectacular. Sherson is also the lower base camp of Mt. Makalu from here the outstanding view of a host of peaks, including the upper part of Makalu south face, and Mt. Baruntse 7,220m is viewed and at Sherson. Stay overnight at Sherson.

Today you have full day rest at the camp or for acclimatization visit around some interesting hike and viewpoints to explore, the most scenic walk would be taking a hike on the right side of the camp above for the closer view of Mt. Makalu, Barun Pokhari and the view of the rare face of Everest the Kanshung face with Lhotse. A one hour steep up brings you to the large meadow you can walk farther up to have a greater view of the mentioned peaks and more other peaks of this area and beyond. After exploring the area stroll back to the camp. Stay overnight at Sherson

After breakfast you trek back to Mumbuk, after leaving the Barun Valley it is all uphill to the overnight camp in the midst of the alpine forest at Mumbuk. Stay overnight at Mumbuk

After breakfast, you trek back to Tashi Gaun and continue trailing through the forest and you can see the Sherpa village Navagaun which is larger than Tashi Gaun above the Seduwa village. Stay overnight at Tashi Gaun.

After breakfast, you follow your trails down to the farm fields for an hour or two to Seduwa village. From Seduwa retrace the journey to Num and crossing bridges brings you back to Num. Stay overnight at Num.

After breakfast you trek through the forest, farmlands and small villages passing and further walk to the gradual path, leading you to the large village town of Khadbari. And easy downhill walking from here brings you back to Tumlingtar. Stay overnight at Tumlingtar.
