You will be warmly welcomed by Well Nepal Treks representative at your arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu and escorted you to the hotel and our representative describes the itinerary of your tour. Overnight at hotel, Kathmandu.
Today you are going to explore the several cultural and natural sightseeing in this ancient city Pashupatinath, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambunath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square. After exploring these places you will do preparation for the trek. Overnight at hotel, Kathmandu.
After breakfast, you will be heading towards Bhandar by bus. It will take about 8 to 9 hrs. The bus will go up to Bhandar. Overnight at Lodge, Bhandar.
After breakfast, you follow the trail from Bhandar through deep forests crossing a few streams passing the small village of Dokharpa and Baranda. Passing through the forests, Surma Khola, Likhu Khola Valley, the small settlement of Kenja, Chimbu and continuing further you finally reach Sete. Overnight at Lodge Sete.
After breakfast, you headed to Lamjura La (the highest point between Jiri and Namche Bazaar), then to Dagchu and Goyem passing through to Tragdobuk and Junbesi. This trek offers you a panoramic view of the surrounding green mountains and exploring the villages and their lifestyle. Overnight at Lodge, Junbesi.
After breakfast, you gear up and head to Nunthala through the forest slope and after an hour's trek, the beautiful views of the mountains including Everest can be seen. This is the first view of Everest on this trek. Continue the trail to Salung to Ringmo Khola Ringmo, Trakshindo La pass and descend to Trashingdo. After another hour's descent through conifer and rhododendron forests, and terraced fields, you finally take your shoes off at Nuntala. Overnight at Lodge, Nuntala.
After breakfast, you move down the trail to the Dudh Koshi River and move up upward to Khumbu and through Jubing, Churkha, Kharikhola. Another steep climb finally takes us to Bupsa. Overnight at Lodge, Bupsa.
After breakfast, you walk through Kharte, Khari La pass, Puiyan and go through the ups and downs to Surke. Overnight at Lodge, Surke.
After breakfast, you climb toward Chaurikharka. Initially, the trek moves up to Chhiplung. Then the trail moves down to Phakding. Overnight at Lodge, Phakding.
After breakfast, you will be walking through a beautiful pine forest, along the Dudh Koshi River, you will see the wonderful prospect of the Mt. Thamserku (6618 m), you will arrive at the check post and entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. Then we pass through the last village of Jorsale and following the trail through the forests and bridges until we reach the confluence of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers. After a final steep climb of about two hours, you get first sight of Mt. Everest peering over the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge. From there we still need to hike about 1.5 hours to reach Namche Bazaar, a gateway to Mt. Everest and main trading centre of this region. Overnight in Lodge, Namche Bazaar.
Today is an acclimatization day especially programmed taking care of your health. This day is a rest day and you can explore Sagarmatha National Park or Namchebazar and Khumjung Valley. It offers you internet, cafes, shops, restaurant, bakery and other where you can hang out and feel better for next day hike. Overnight in Lodge, Namche Bazaar.
After breakfast in Namche, you start your trek towards Tengboche enjoying the superb view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and close up view of Thamserku. Enjoying wild lives like pheasant, musk deer, or a herd of Himalayan Thar, through alpine forests, Dudh Koshi River, you reach to Phunki Thenga where you will have lunch then steep up through the pine forests while before you reach to Tengboche. Tengboche is a great place for close up views of Ama-Dablam, Nuptse, and Everest and a biggest Buddhist Monastery in Khumbu region which we will visit too. After a long trek, you will stay overnight at the lodge at Tengboche.
After breakfast, you will gear up for our day hike to Dingboche. You will pass through several Chortens and Mani walls and small villages. The place where you stop for lunch not only serves delicious food but also allows a fantastic close-up view of Mt Ama Dablam. From here onwards, the walk is fairly moderate as you enter the Imja Valley to Lobuche River. You will descend into the river and begin the steep climb of the day up to Dingboche. On arrival at Dingboche, you will see a beautiful array of fields enclosed by stone walls to protect barley, buckwheat and potatoes from the cold winds and grazing animals. Enjoy overnight at Ldoge, Dingboche.
After breakfast you trek all the way down to another Sherpa village called Phortse which lies just under the snow-dusted peaks of Taboche and Cholaste then you start to explore it. Overnight at Lodge, Phortse Village.
After breakfast, you trek to Thame which is an old Sherpa Villages along Bhote Koshi River valley. En route, you have the opportunity to see many Tibetan Nomads with hundred of Yak Caravana carrying goods to Namche Bazaar, several Himalayas vistas, yaks and other wildlife and much more. Overnight at Lodge, Thame Village.
After breakfast, you start exploring the village of Thame and interacting with locals and fall back to Namche Bazaar and relax. Overnight at hotel, Lodge.
After breakfast, you trail down to Lukla from where you started your real hike. The trail descends steeply downward so we need to walk slowly and under control as our shaky legs continuously battle the rocky terrain. Way down through Sherpa villages noticing impressive faith in Buddhism and culture of prayer stones and prayers flag, you feel completely different views. Upon arrival in Lukla, you stretch those aches and sore body parts and recall the experiences of the last couple of weeks. you experience the culmination of a fantastic trek on a happy note with everyone back safe and sound with a smile on faces. Overnight at Lodge, Lukla.
After breakfast, you fly back to Kathmandu and do some shopping for gifts, memory, collections and some traditional items and they all rest at a single venue, Thamel. There will be a small party upon the successful campaign. Overnight at hotel, Kathmandu.
Free till final departure. Drop to the airport as per the flight scheduled.
