Trip Overview
14 Days Annapurna round Trek is one of the popular treks in the Annapurna range of Nepal. It is also known as Thorang La Pass trek or Circuit Trek which reaches up to an elevation of about 5500 m. Annapurna Round Trek mainly treks on four regions i.e. Lamjung, Manang, Mustang and Myagdi. The trek is conducted counterclockwise as elevation gradually increases which prevents trekkers from different hazards and altitude sickness. During this journey, you will encircle the whole Annapurna region while enjoying nature and its landscape. You will be awe with the unique culture of local people. Annapurna Region is ultimate trekking in Annapurna Region as you will be traveling a long distance and experiencing nature and people at their best.
Annapurna round trek begins from Kathmandu Valley. You drive to Beshi Sahar and the trek starts to Manang. From Manang you will depart for Thorang La Pass to famous pilgrimage site Muktinath Temple, down to Jomsom, to Tatopani i.e. hot water springs, Poon Hill-Ghorepani to view the spectacular sunrise and after you reach Phedi, you will be driving back to Pokhara and return back to Kathmandu and then to your own place. On this journey, you will get chances to see the whole Annapurna Region, Mountains, Wildlife and many more. Annapurna Circuit Trek is of the medium grade so it requires a healthy body with a sound mind, good physical fitness and strength. It can take up to a minimum of 15-20 days. The best season for this trek is between Sep-Nov and March-May. This trek is a classic trek offering you a wide range of bio and socio-cultural diversity.

The trail passes through Mani wall which is the largest part of Tibetans style village built with rocks. Today is for acclimatization day but we recommend you to exercise rather than being idle. You can visit surroundings from camp or visiting Gangapurna Glacier Lake is worth visiting.
