Trip Overview

Mardi Himal trek is one of the magnificent treks lies just east of Nepal, the Annapurna Base Camp trek. The trek follows off beaten trails through colorful rhododendron forests until you climb out of the forest at an elevation around 3,300m. You will get a chance to know the socio-cultural values and lifestyle of Magar and Gurung community. The landscape changes quite abruptly into a rugged high mountain landscape, with amazing views of mountains and most iconic Mt. Machapuchhre literally meaning "Fishtail". 11 days Mardi Himal Trek where you go to the maximum altitude of 4500m and graded as an easy trek. Easy and unspoiled trek in the Annapurna region where we stay in teahouses with basic facilities. Yet it is highly diverse with cultural perception, beautiful forest walks, and alpine landscape.       After breakfast, you drive towards Pokhara. After a long drive of 6/7 hours, you reach Pokhara. Take a couple of time to rest here and again gear up for Deurali. Deurali is a typical place where the mass of Bhramin community lives. Stay overnight at Deurali.

      After breakfast you headed up for forest camp. On the way you pass through the big forest. After five hours of walk you reach to the forest camp and stay overnight at forest camp.

      After breakfast you trail down for low camp. You should be careful while traveling to low camp because it deep rain track where you might fall down. Finally you reach the low camp and stay overnight at low camp.

      After breakfast, you trail down for Siding. You must be careful while you move down, very steep and difficult trails through the forest. You reach to Siding and after a couple of hours rest, you headed for Luwang. You pass through several rivers, waterfalls, green hills, the village of Ghale, rice fields and finally, you reach Luwang. Luwang is the village of the Gurung community. Stay overnight at Luwang.

      Early morning you visit tea plantation at this village and view of Machhapuchhre at top of the valley. And after breakfast, you return back to Pokhara from where you started your trekking.
