Trip Overview
Dudh Kunda Trek is one of the sacred lakes of Nepal. This lake lies under Numbur Himal range in Solukhumbu. The lake has milky water so it is called Dudh (milk) Kunda lake. The Dudh Kunda Trek goes into the lands of Sherpa and gives a great insight into their lifestyle and yet being very suitable for nature lovers too. This is also an ideal Trek for people living in the Valley. Dudh Kunda, a holy lake surrounded by mountainous terrain is believed to be the abode of Lord Shiva. This is a popular destination for the Hindus pilgrimage tour as well as for adventure trekkers. Dudh Kunda is situated in the lap of Mt. Numbur, locally known as Shorong Yul Lha, Protector of Solu region. Dudh Kunda is believed to be a holy lake and the locals believe that taking a dip in the holy waters will have the wishes granted also where you will enjoy and see panoramic Himalayan views of Everest, Numbur, and Everest Himalaya range also green forest with Rhododendron flowers, pine tree, wild animals, birds such as Mountain Thars, Bears, Leopard, Jackal, Pheasant and Milky lake which are also the major attractions of this Dudh Kunda Trek.

Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival
You will be warmly welcomed by Well Nepal Treks representative at your arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu and escorted you to the hotel and our representative describes the itinerary of your tour. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Today you are going to explore the several cultural and natural sightseeing in this ancient city Pashupatinath, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambunath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square. After exploring these places you will do preparation for the trek. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Fly Kathmandu to Phaplu. Trek to Salleri

Day 4: Trek Salleri to Takshindu
