Trip Overview
Kanchenjunga Trek is an unspoiled trek that lies in the eastern part of Nepal. Kanchenjunga(8586m) is the third highest peak in the World. Kanchenjunga means ‘Five Treasures of the Snow’ in the Tibetan language. You will see the magnificent view of the different Himalayas like Jannu, Kanchenjunga and Chang Himal and other surrounding peaks. Rhododendrons & Orchids & many endangered flagship species such as Snow Leopard, Asian Black Bear, Red Panda, White-Bellied Musk Deer, Blood Pheasant & Chestnut-breasted Partridge are the types of flora and fauna found here. This is the one of the unexplored and virgin trekking route locating at the eastern part of Nepal.
22 days Kanchenjunga Trekking where you go up to the altitude 5338 M and graded as a moderate trek. It is an outstanding long trek on the remote east of Nepal that varies with a couple of different itineraries. The places that you pass through on Kanchenjunga Trek are Biratnagar, Phidim, Taplejung, Suketar, Mitlung, Chirwa, Sekathum, Amjilosa, Gyabla, Ghunsa, Kambachen, Lhonak, Pangpema, Sele le, Cheram, Ramche, Tortong, Yamphuding, Yangpang, Thorpu, Birtamod. On the way, you get the chance to know about the living lifestyle, culture, tradition, and stunning view of different Himalayas.
